1. About Us

This website is operated by [Irfanlocums Ltd], trading as HairRx Clinic ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11770923, with registered office at 28 Parkstone Road, Leicester, LE5 1NN.

Our formulations are prepared by Compounding Chemist, Pharmacy Registration number: 9012121, a UK GPhC-registered pharmacy specialising in compounded medicines.

2. What We Provide

We provide an online clinical assessment and remote prescribing service for hair loss, including personalised topical formulations and, where appropriate, one-to-one consultations with a pharmacist independent prescriber. We do not provide emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact 999 or your local emergency service.

3. Clinical Assessment and Prescribing

All treatment is provided at the clinical discretion of the prescribing pharmacist, following review of the information, medical history, and photographs you provide. Completing an assessment or consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Treatment is only provided where it is judged clinically appropriate.

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your medical history and current medications. We are not responsible for any harm arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

We reserve the right to decline to provide treatment, request further information, request a consultation before prescribing, or refer you to another healthcare provider, at any stage.

4. Unlicensed Medicines

Some or all of the medicines we prescribe and supply are unlicensed medicines ("specials"), meaning they do not hold a UK marketing authorisation in the specific strength, combination, or formulation supplied. These are prepared specifically for you following clinical assessment, in line with MHRA guidance on the supply of unlicensed medicines and GPhC standards for pharmacist prescribing, where no licensed product meets your individual clinical needs.

5. Consultations

Consultations are offered at the fee stated on our website at the time of booking. This fee covers the prescriber's professional time and is payable in advance to secure your appointment.

  • The consultation fee is redeemable against the cost of any prescription issued within 30 days of your consultation, where treatment is judged clinically appropriate.

  • A consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24/48 hours before your appointment will not incur any additional charge. Cancellations made after this point, or missed appointments without notice, are non-refundable and may incur a rebooking fee of £40.

  • Consultations are conducted by [video call via Zoom / telephone]. You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable device, connection, and private space to attend your appointment.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your consultation, we may be unable to accommodate you and your appointment may be treated as a missed appointment, subject to our cancellation policy above.

6. Ordering and Payment

By submitting an order or completing an assessment requesting treatment, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. A contract is only formed once we confirm that your order has been clinically approved and dispensed. Prices are shown in GBP. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, though this will not affect orders already confirmed.

7. Delivery

Following submission of your assessment or repeat request, your prescriber will review your case and confirm whether treatment is approved within 2 working days. Once approved, your prescription is sent to our partnered compounding pharmacy, who prepare and dispatch your medicine within 4 working days. Delivery is then made by courier within a further 2 working days. You should therefore allow up to 8 working days in total from submission to delivery.

These timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Medicines are dispatched using tracked and discreet packaging.

8. Refunds and Returns

Because our products are medicines prepared specifically for you, different rules apply compared with standard consumer goods. Please see our full Refund & Returns Policy for details, including circumstances in which a refund is available (such as a dispensing error on our part, or a product damaged in transit).

9. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use any medicine supplied only as directed by your prescriber, to keep it out of reach of children, and to inform us of any adverse reaction. You agree not to share prescription medicines with any other person.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to this, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us at info@hairrxclinic.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 business days.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
