What if I'm not offered a prescription?
Yes, provided this is done within the cancellation window set out in our Terms & Conditions.
Not everyone will be suitable for treatment. If a prescription isn't appropriate for you, your prescriber will explain why and discuss any alternative options.
How do I use my £40 credit?
If you go on to receive a prescription within 30 days of your consultation, your £40 fee is deducted from the total cost automatically.
